This is a transformational coaching program for purpose driven individuals ready to step into thought leadership by taking your unique experience and expertise and building your core framework or method of transformation into a tangible offer you can use to build your own business. In this program you will create both your low-ticket offer and your high-ticket signature program to form the basis of your business. You will also learn how to develop and deliver a compelling keynote that you can use to launch your personal brand and promote your business. Not only will you build your own business, but this program will empower you with tools you need to build your brand, create your offers, and market your business.  I believe everyone has expertise and lived experience that can be transformed into powerful offers that can have meaningful impact in the lives of others. Anyone who adopts the entrepreneur spirit and goes after their own business can turn their purpose and passion into profit and success. 

  • We will uncover your “why,” your values, and your entrepreneurial lifestyle design.  With that we can craft your business purpose aligned with your professional goals and emotional core. 

  • Everyone has a natural talent, expertise, and valuable life experience that forms the basis of everything. We will go through several exercises to clarify yours and define your unique value offering.

  • We need to define your message, identity your niche, and determine your ideal client both emotionally and practically. 

  • We will explore any limitations that need to be navigated as we adopt a new success identity and build confidence to launch yourself. 

  • We will explore your unique transformation process and create a structure that identifies the steps or parts of your process, defining your method and making it both tangible and marketable. 

  • By defining your method or system we transform it into something tangible that makes it both deliverable and marketable.

  • You will build a 20-30 keynote that reflects your story, framework and promise

    You will learn how to write a compelling speech and deliver with confidence

    We will practice with on camera feedback and keynote script creation

  • This draws people in and builds your brand awareness. We will create a digital product, mini-course, or some kind of tool you can offer customers.

  • What is the basis of your business? Is your signature program coaching, a workshop, a course? Together we will discover it and design it by defining the transformation, pricing, and delivery method.  We will define the structure and develop the curriculum.
