The Accomplished Woman

In the 1990’s Brian created a program called Peak Performance Woman which was aimed at helping women achieve professionally.  I took that program as an inspiration to create a new book that helps women define what success means for them in their lives today.  I’ve always wanted to pursue my professional ambitions and my desire to be a mother and a wife, and that juggle makes it impossible for me to achieve the traditional view of success.  I created this book to empower women, like me, to embrace the choices they’ve made to honor their own definition of success and how accomplished they are in their lives.

This book is a transformative guide for the modern woman who is ready to create a life of purpose, balance, and fulfillment on her own terms. This book empowers you to break free from outdated definitions of success and craft a vision that aligns with your unique values, passions, and priorities. Through 12 actionable steps, you’ll gain the tools to set purposeful goals, build confidence, master communication, and harness your unique strengths to make a meaningful impact.

Whether you’re balancing career ambitions, motherhood, or personal growth, this book offers practical strategies to prioritize your health, manage your time and energy, and cultivate relationships that truly matter. By embracing progress over perfection and designing your legacy, you’ll leave behind a life that reflects your authentic self. For today’s woman navigating multiple roles and ambitions, this book is the blueprint for achieving success with clarity, intention, and empowerment.

Kiss That Frog!

12 Great Ways to Turn Negatives into Positives in Your Life and Work

One day while Brian and I were taking a walk around the golf course near his house we talked about how in his experience of consulting and working with people in business development and in my experience of working with clients in a clinical practice we both encountered ambitions people who for one reason or another were just stuck and unable to move forward and pursue their goals.  We decided to explore the idea of what gets people stuck and how we could help them transform those obstacles into growth opportunities that would empower them in their lives and make it possible for them to take action.

Believe it to Achieve it

Overcome Your Doubts, Let Go of the Past, and Unlock Your Full Potential

The first step to making anything possible is for you to believe it’s possible.  Once you unlock any self-limiting beliefs you also unlock your potential to be anything and do anything you put your mind to.  On a family trip my dad and I had a long talk about how people often don’t believe in themselves and their own potential and that once they do they become unstoppable.  We explored where self-limiting beliefs come from and the different techniques you can use to coach yourself out of the comfort zone on a path of taking action towards your goals. How this book came to be, through countless conversations around human potential and the power of belief.  You just have to believe it to achieve it.

Find Your Balance Point

Clarify your priorities, simplify your life and achieve more

Accomplish what matters most.

Brian and I were actually going to revise his program Peak Performance Woman and when we updated the table of contents, I had added a new chapter on finding your balance point. An idea that came to me while having a conversation with my husband Damon.  He was taking Krav Maga at the time and we talked about how in martial arts you get into a “ready stance” before you spar. The ready stance is the position in which you are most grounded and capable to act.  It occurred to me that when we are grounded, we are the most confident, clear, and capable. However, what makes one person feel grounded is not the same for another person.  Each person has to determine the careful calibration of how they invest their time and energy and act from that place. Their own unique balance point.  The publishers liked the idea and thus this book was born.

Habla Para Influenciar

Cómo tener éxito con el discurso

For the last decade I’ve been co-facilitating the Brain Tracy Speaking Academy where Brian and I teach people how to speak publicly with confidence.  Last year I had the opportunity of working with Margarita Pasos, an influential motivational speaker, trainer, and leader in the Latin American community and she and I created and delivered a training program called Speak to Influence.  We combined her experience of scaling businesses and using the power of social media with my decade of experience teaching people how to communicate and deliver a message with impact.  Soon after an opportunity came up for the three of us to update and revise Brian’s book Speak to Win and create a Spanish version.
